State show is 3rd  weekend of October each year. See state website ksnbha.com for rules

For points only the time brackets will be set by the fastest time ran by the member of the sanctioning district.

If District 04 sanctions a show and a 15:20 wins the open that would be the time bracket for payback.

In that class if a district 04 members best time was a 15:40 that would set the time bracket for points.

If a show was sanctioned by more than 1 district say 04 and 03. The points for 04 would be set by the fastest 04 member the points for 03 would be set by the fastest 03 member.
